WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All website orders will be shipped out in 2 working days, or 48 hours. However, any orders placed on Fridays or throughout the weekend will be shipped the next business day.
Orders are dispatched straight from one of our warehouses, and they will utilise every means at their disposal to expedite delivery to you. Please allow 3 to 7 days for your order to arrive due to the popularity of our offerings.
All orders are sent and delivered throughout India by our reliable delivery partners. This will provide hassle-free service to all locations, even those in remote areas.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After placing a purchase, you WILL obtain an AWB number (within 1–3 days). With the AWB number, you can follow your order on our tracking page.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
When placing a multi-item order, it's possible that each item will be delivered from a separate warehouse, depending on which one has them in stock the quickest. To prevent delaying your order and to ensure that you get it as soon as possible, we may also send your items individually and in different packages if an item is popular and has a little backorder.
IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL, WHAT HAPPENS?
Each of our orders is supplied with insurance for the shipping and handling process. If an order is delayed, returned, or even lost during the delivery process, we truly apologise. The system for delivering mail is beyond our control. As the packages are insured in such cases, we would attempt to send you a replacement package with faster shipping and full tracking if at all possible. Please read our refund and return policy for details on when these may apply in shipping scenarios.
Product returns or replacements are only taken into consideration when there is a manufacturing defect.
The damaged item must be sent within 48 hours of the delivery date.
After we get a defective product, we will further examine it before initiating a replacement or refund.
