The products being returned must be received brand-new and unused.

After receiving the damaged item, a refund or replacement will be given.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Only things purchased directly from our website are eligible for returns. Items must be brand-new and come with their original packaging. Place a fresh order for the item you want to swap for. We will create a return authorization for your previous item if you get in touch with us and provide us with your order number.

REFUNDS 

It will take 3-5 business days for a refund to show up on your statement after we receive the returned item and inspect it to ensure that it was shipped in good condition. In this situation, delivery fees are subtracted from the refund and the remaining amount is given to the client. Please get in touch with us if you want to cancel your order. We wouldn't be able to block the package if the order had already left the warehouse.
